Priority Entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Executive and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM.

The event will be held at 650 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
Is there parking available?
Paid self-parking is available in our spacious 8-story garage, making arrival easy and convenient. For added capacity, additional parking is located across the street at Rosemary Square. For more info, visit the venue website.
How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from your email, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out.
How does seating work?
Your section is reserved, but seats within that area are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that saving seats is not permitted, and attendees will be asked to move down to fill every seat in the row to ensure everyone is accommodated. You can view the seating map here.
Is food provided?
Lunch is included with your ticket for your convenience. Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed, and all purchases are cashless.
What is the bag policy?
Bags must be 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller; clear bags are allowed, backpacks are not permitted, and soft clear bags and empty water bottles are allowed.

The venue may be cold, so we suggest bringing a jacket.
