All bags are subject to a security search. No coolers will be permitted inside the event. Food and beverage vendors will be available on location. Please view the venue website for their protocols and guidelines.

The event is intended for business people, and all attendees are required to have a ticket. We recommend young adults and older attend LIFE SURGE.

Hotel accommodations aren’t provided via your LIFE SURGE registration. Please make accommodations directly with a hotel of choice if you plan to stay before or after the event.

Please be advised and aware that audio or video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited throughout the duration of this private event. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of smartphones, computers, tablets, iPads, cameras, camcorders and audio recording devices.

If you violate this policy you may be asked to leave the event.

This applies for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation or compensation, in perpetuity in connection with LIFE SURGE LLC, and/or its initiatives, successors, licensees, and assigns, including and not limited to, by way of example only, use on Internet sites, in social media, news, live-streaming, and advertising. 

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including and without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance upon this consent.

If you are unable to attend LIFE SURGE for any reason, you may receive a full refund if you notify our Customer Experience Specialists at least 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise required by law. 

Within 14 days of the event, you may have someone substitute for your participation at the event or receive a credit for a future LIFE SURGE event, class or product. Our Customer Experience Specialist team can be contacted at 833-867-8743. 

If you attend LIFE SURGE and are not 100% satisfied with your experience, we will apply the value of your purchase towards any LIFE SURGE event, class or product.

LIFE SURGE will ensure that every event has proper seating for all attendees; these will vary from venue to venue.
