No outside food or beverages allowed. Cans, cups and coolers are prohibited. A variety of cashless concession stands are located throughout the venue. Please note that some locations may not be open during concerts and special events.

The event takes place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Where is the event located?
The event will be held at Wells Fargo Arena – 233 Center St, Des Moines, IA 50309.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 7:30 AM for check-in.
How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from your email, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out.
How does seating work?
Your section is reserved, but seats within that area are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is food provided?
Yes, lunch is included with your ticket. Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed. Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase at the venue.
What is the bag policy?
Wells Fargo Arena has implemented a clear bag policy for all events. A maximum size of 12″x6″x12″ is permitted. Wallets and clutches are permissible up to 4.5″x6.5″.
Bags exceeding this size are not permitted in Wells Fargo Arena, and those fans will be asked to return their oversized bags to their vehicles or discard them. This is in addition to the existing policy that all bags, purses, or personal items of any size are subject to search.
Exceptions will be made for bags containing items required for medical, family, or child care.
What should I wear?
We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, as the venue may be cold.
