For safety and speed of entry, the Xcel Energy Center strongly discourages guests from bringing bags of any kind to events. Wristlet, clutch or wallets 4” x 6” x 1.5” or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection. more details here.
No outside food or beverages allowed. Cans, cups and coolers are prohibited. A variety of concession stands are located throughout the venue.

The event will be held at Wells Fargo Arena – 233 Center St, Des Moines, IA 50309.
Doors open at 7:30 AM for check-in.

Yes, lunch is included with your ticket. Please note that outside food and beverages are not allowed. Additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase at the venue.
Wells Fargo Arena has implemented a clear bag policy for all events. A maximum size of 12″x6″x12″ is permitted. Wallets and clutches are permissible up to 4.5″x6.5″.
Bags exceeding this size are not permitted in Wells Fargo Arena, and those fans will be asked to return their oversized bags to their vehicles or discard them. This is in addition to the existing policy that all bags, purses, or personal items of any size are subject to search.
Exceptions will be made for bags containing items required for medical, family, or child care.
We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, as the venue may be cold.
