- Cancellation Before class date: If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, we offer a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days prior to the date of your class. Please contact our Impact Counselor team at 833-867-8743 or via email at classes@lifesurge.com.
- Cancellation Within 7 Days of Transaction (Federal Regulation):
You have the right to cancel this transaction within 7 business days from the date of purchase without any penalty or obligation. If you choose to cancel:
- Any property given and payments made will be returned within 10 business days.
- You must return any goods delivered to you in good condition or follow our instructions to return the goods at our expense.
- If the seller does not pick up the goods within 20 days of receiving your cancellation notice, you may retain or dispose of them without further obligation.
- If goods are not returned as instructed, you remain liable for all obligations under the contract.

- A laptop is optional – you may not have access to an outlet nearby.
- A lunch/snack if you’d like – there will be a lunch break to pick something up if you don’t bring a lunch.
- Water will be provided.
Dress is casual/business casual. Be sure to dress comfortably and in layers, especially if you get cold easily.
LIFE SURGE will ensure that every IMPACT CLASS has proper seating for all attendees; these will vary from venue to venue.
