   We understand that plans can change, and we want to offer you flexibility in managing your event or class experience. Here’s our comprehensive cancellation policy: 

    

   Life Surge Ticket Purchase 

   1. Cancellation Before Event: 
      If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, we offer a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days prior to the event. Please contact our Customer Experience team at 833-367-8743 or via email at info@lifesurge.com. 
   1. Within 14 Days of Event: 
      If your cancellation request is within 14 days of the event, you can either: 
   • Transfer your ticket to someone else as a substitute. 
   • Receive credit for a future event, class, or product. 
   1. Satisfaction Guarantee: 
      If you attend a Life Surge event and are not completely satisfied, we’ll apply the full value of your purchase to any future event, class, or product. 
   1. Ticket Resale Prohibited: 
      Tickets for our Life Surge events cannot be resold. Attempting to resell your ticket may lead to the immediate cancellation of your ticket without the right to refund. Tickets cannot be listed on resale platforms. 

    

   Impact Class Purchase 

   1. Cancellation Before class date: 

   If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, we offer a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days prior to the date of your class. Please contact our Impact Counselor team at 833-847-8743 or via email at classes@lifesurge.com. 

   1. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Transaction (Federal Regulation): 
      You have the right to cancel this transaction within 7 business days from the date of purchase without any penalty or obligation. If you choose to cancel: 
   • Any property given and payments made will be returned within 10 business days. 
   • You must return any goods delivered to you in good condition or follow our instructions to return the goods at our expense. 
   • If the seller does not pick up the goods within 20 days of receiving your cancellation notice, you may retain or dispose of them without further obligation. 
   • If goods are not returned as instructed, you remain liable for all obligations under the contract. 
   1. How to Cancel:

   1. Cancellation Request  

   You may cancel this transaction, without any Penalty or Obligation, within SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS from the above date.   

   IF canceled 

   • Any property traded in and payments made will be returned within 10 business days. 
   • You must return any goods delivered to you in good condition or follow our instructions to return the goods at our expense. 
   • If the seller does not pick up the goods within 20 days of receiving your cancellation notice, you may retain or dispose of them without further obligation

• A laptop is optional – you may not have access to an outlet nearby.
• A lunch/snack if you’d like – there will be a lunch break to pick something up if you don’t bring a lunch.
• Water will be provided.

Dress is casual/business casual. Be sure to dress comfortably and in layers, especially if you get cold easily.

LIFE SURGE will ensure that every IMPACT CLASS has proper seating for all attendees; these will vary from venue to venue.

By entering an event or program of LIFE SURGE LLC, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence at the event, including the parking areas, walkways, and the entire premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name. This applies for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation or compensation, in perpetuity in connection with LIFE SURGE LLC, and/or its initiatives, successors, licensees, and assigns, including and not limited to, by way of example only, use on Internet sites, in social media, news, live-streaming, and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including and without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance upon this consent.

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event area and/or premises.
