The event takes place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
What time should I arrive?
Priority entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Executive and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM.
Where is the event located?
Important: Wells Fargo Arena is now Casey’s Center – same location, new name.
How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from your email, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out. Re-access your tickets anytime by logging in or creating an account. After logging in, head to “Tickets” in the top navigation, select “View Details” next to your order, and you’ll be able to view or resend your tickets.
How does seating work?
Your section is reserved, but seats within that area are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that saving seats is not permitted, and attendees will be asked to move down to fill every seat in the row to ensure everyone is accommodated. You can view the seating map here.
Is food provided?
Yes, lunch is included with your ticket. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted. A variety of concession stands are located throughout the venue. View a map of concessions at Casey’s Center.
What is the bag policy?
Each guest may bring one approved bag into the venue: a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag (no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″), a one-gallon clear freezer bag, or a small clutch (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″). Items inside clear bags must also fit within the 4.5″ x 6.5″ size limit. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or childcare needs. For full details on permitted and prohibited items, please refer to the venue website.
What should I wear?
We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, as the venue may be cold.
