By purchasing, holding, or using this virtual ticket, the ticket holder (“Holder”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability. The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the Life Surge event (“Event”), including but not limited to exposure to loud noise, flashing lights, technical disruptions, or other hazards, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event. By attending or participating in the Event, the Holder waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims against Life Surge LLC, the venue owners, promoters, performers, sponsors, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and any other related entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) arising from such risks.

2. Indemnification. The Holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Holder’s attendance at, travel to or from, or participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, data loss, or any other harm, whether caused by negligence, willful misconduct, or otherwise, except to the extent directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties.

3. Prohibition on Recording, Reproduction, and Distribution. All content presented at the Event, including but not limited to video, audio, graphics, presentations, performances, and written materials (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of Life Surge LLC and/or its licensors.

The Holder is strictly prohibited from:

a) Recording, photographing, screenshotting, duplicating, rebroadcasting, streaming, or otherwise capturing any portion of the Event or its Content, whether in whole or in part, by any means;

b) Reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, publishing, selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting the Content without the express prior written consent of Life Surge LLC.

Any unauthorized recording, use, or distribution of the Content constitutes copyright infringement and a violation of federal and state law, and Life Surge LLC reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights. All intellectual property rights in the Event and its Content, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, graphics, recordings, and educational materials, are and shall remain the sole property of Life Surge LLC and its licensors. No rights, title, or interest are transferred to the Holder by virtue of ticket purchase or Event participation.

5. Marketing and Data Sharing. By attending this Event, the Holder acknowledges and agrees that Life Surge LLC may share the Holder’s personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, with select third-party partners for marketing purposes. The Holder may opt out of this sharing at any time by contacting Life Surge LLC by phone at 888-717-9089, by email at lifesurgelive@lifesurge.com, or by mail at 2511 Corporate Way, Palmetto, FL 34221.

6. Miscellaneous. Life Surge LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event, or to deny or revoke access to any participant who violates these terms. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

By purchasing, holding, or using this ticket, the Holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
