What time should I arrive?
Priority entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Executive and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM. Use the Free St. and Spring St. entrances to check in.
Where is the event located?
The event will be held at Cross Insurance Arena, 1 Civic Center Square. Portland, ME 04101.
Is there parking available?
Reserve your parking spot in advance here. Additional options include the Spring Street Parking Garage (next to the arena) and nearby street parking on Free St., Center St., and Spring St. Please note that parking in the area is limited and can be expensive, so we recommend using Uber or carpooling with others if possible.
How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from your email, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out.
How does seating work?
Your section is reserved, but seats within that area are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that saving seats is not permitted, and attendees will be asked to move down to fill every seat in the row to ensure everyone is accommodated. You can view the seating map here.
Is food provided?
Lunch is included with your ticket. Outside food and beverages are not permitted (including empty beverage containers). A variety of cashless concession stands are located throughout the venue.
What is the bag policy?
No backpacks are permitted, and all items brought into the arena are subject to search. For full details on permitted and prohibited items, please refer to the venue website.

We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, as the venue may be cold.
