The event takes place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 5:30PM.
What time should I arrive?
Priority entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Standard and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM.

The event will be held at the PPG Paints Arena – 1001 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15219
Is there parking available?

How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from the Universe email with the subject line “Here is your ticket to Life Surge Pittsburgh“, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out. After check-in, your tour lanyard’s QR code will give you access to everything you need for the day, including the digital program and seating information.
