Priority entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Executive and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM.

Multiple parking options are available near Van Andel Arena, including metered street parking, ramps, and accessible spaces in city-owned lots. View the venue’s parking options here.

How does seating work?
Your section is reserved, but seats within that area are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that saving seats is not permitted, and attendees will be asked to move down to fill every seat in the row to ensure everyone is accommodated. You can view the seating map here.

Lunch is included with your ticket. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A variety of cashless concession stands are located throughout the venue.
What is the bag policy?
Van Andel Arena has a no bag policy, allowing only medical or parenting bags, which must be screened. Small clutches up to 4.5″ x 6.5″ x 2″ are permitted. For full details on permitted and prohibited items, please refer to the venue website.

We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, as the venue may be cold.
