What time should I arrive?
Priority entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Standard and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM.

Is there parking available?

How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from the TicketSpice email with the subject line “Registration Confirmation to Life Surge Cleveland”, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out. After check-in, your tour lanyard’s QR code will give you access to everything you need for the day, including the digital program and seating information.
