What time should I arrive?
Priority entry (Ultimate and VIP Ticket Holders) begins at 7:15 AM. Executive and Premier Ticket Holders can check in starting at 7:30 AM.
Where is the event located?
The event will be held at Bud Walton Arena, 1270 Nolan Richardson Dr, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
Is there parking available?
Parking is free for attendees. Please park in Lots 320–322, accessible from M.L.K Jr. Blvd or N Razorback Rd. Overflow parking is available in Lots 220, 222, 214, 215, 212, 211, 207, 209, 205, 204, or 201. ADA parking is available in Lot 310, with overflow in Lot 314. View the parking map here.
How do I present my ticket?
You can present your ticket from your email, download it to your mobile wallet, or print it out. Re-access your tickets anytime by logging in or creating an account. After logging in, head to “Tickets” in the top navigation, select “View Details” next to your order, and you’ll be able to view or resend your tickets.
How does seating work?
Your section is reserved, but seats within that area are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that saving seats is not permitted, and attendees will be asked to move down to fill every seat in the row to ensure everyone is accommodated. You can view the seating map here.
Is food provided?
Lunch is included with your ticket. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A variety of concession stands are located throughout the venue. View a map of concessions at Bud Walton Arena.
What is the bag policy?
Guests may bring one clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, or a one-gallon clear freezer bag. Small clutches up to 4.5” x 6.5” are also permitted. For more information on the bag policy, you can visit the venue website.
What should I wear?
We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, as the venue may be cold.
