At LIFE SURGE, we have a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: After you attend any class, if you are not completely satisfied, you may receive a full refund.
Subject to the following Right of Rescission and any other statutory rights, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You, the registrant, have the right to cancel this IMPACT CLASS registration up to 3 days after payment. After the Right of Rescission period, if you still want a refund, you must attend at least one entire class before you can request a refund. If you are not fully satisfied after attending at least one class, a refund will be issued.
Registrations can be canceled by calling 833-347-8743 or emailing classes@LIFESURGE.com. If you request a refund within our refund terms, you will be reimbursed the price you paid to LIFE SURGE, LLC. The registrant agrees to comply with these terms and all additional terms, rules, and regulations included as part of this purchase.
Dress is casual/business casual. Be sure to dress comfortably and in layers, especially if you get cold easily.
LIFE SURGE will ensure that every IMPACT CLASS has proper seating for all attendees; these will vary from venue to venue.

By entering an event or program of LIFE SURGE LLC, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence at the event, including the parking areas, walkways, and the entire premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name. This applies for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation or compensation, in perpetuity in connection with LIFE SURGE LLC, and/or its initiatives, successors, licensees, and assigns, including and not limited to, by way of example only, use on Internet sites, in social media, news, live-streaming, and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including and without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance upon this consent.
If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event area and/or premises.
