CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR/GATE/ENTRANCE?
Tickets must be purchased prior to the day of the event. If tickets are still available the day of the event, all tickets will be full price at the door.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE EVENT?
The event is intended for businesspeople and all attendees are required to have a ticket. We recommend young adults and older attend LIFE SURGE.
IS SEATING RESERVED?
LIFE SURGE South Florida offers open seating, first-come first-served, within each seating section. Arrive early to get the best possible seat in your section. Doors open 1 hour prior to the event start time.
WILL MY SEATS BE TOGETHER?
All seats are first-come, first-served within the section you have purchased. Arrive early to get the best seats and ensure your group doesn’t get split up!
DO YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE SEATING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS, REQUIRING HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATS, OR NEEDING DEAF/HARD OF HEARING ACCOMMODATIONS?
LIFE SURGE will ensure every event has appropriate seating for all attendees, but it will vary from venue to venue. Please visit the will call area day of the event for information about wheelchair accessible seating. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you require special assistance such as sign language interpreters or for medical conditions that will require special seating.
CAN I SHOW MY TICKETS ON MY PHONE AT THE DOOR OR DO I NEED TO HAVE THE PHYSICAL TICKETS WITH ME?
LIFE SURGE is doing everything we can to ensure it is a contactless event. To expedite entry, be sure to add your ticket to your Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or simply bring your e-registration on the day of the event to gain entry.
WILL THERE BE OTHER LIFE SURGE EVENTS IN THE NEAR FUTURE?
Yes, but not in this city. LIFE SURGE will be brought directly to more than 100,000 Christian business owners and leaders in major cities across the country every year.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You will receive a 100% refund when the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the event date. Registrations can be cancelled or upgraded by contacting our Customer Experience team at 1-833-TO-SURGE (1-833-867-8743) or transferred via the confirmation email link. You may transfer your registration to another person up until the day prior to the event via the link in your most recent confirmation email.
In the event LIFE SURGE reschedules the event to another date at the same or another venue, the ticket will be transferred to the new scheduled event date and venue. If the event is cancelled by LIFE SURGE, the ticket will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another event.
The registrant agrees to comply with these terms and all additional terms, rules, and regulations included as part of this ticket purchase.

WILL LUNCH BE PROVIDED?
Lunch is only provided for VIP and ULTIMATE Ticket holders. Food will be available for purchase on site throughout the day. No outside food or beverages are permitted - per the guidelines of the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Parking is available at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center Northport Parking Garage for$6 per vehicle for up to 5 hours ($1 per hour thereafter up to daily maximum of $15 per vehicle). Parking for the disabled requires a designated license plate or hangtag.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend business casual attire.
WILL THERE BE AN ATM ON SITE?
Yes, there is an ATM at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
ARE SERVICE ANIMALS PERMITTED?
Yes, all service animals are permitted.
WILL HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS BE PROVIDED?
LIFE SURGE is a 1-day local event, so hotel accommodations aren’t provided via LIFE SURGE. Please make accommodations directly with the hotel of your choice if you plan to stay nearby on the night before or after the event.
WHAT ITEMS AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE EVENT?
All bags are subject to security search. No outside food, coolers etc. will be permitted inside the event. Food and beverage vendors will be available on location. Please view the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center website for their protocols and guidelines.
CAN I RECORD THE EVENT WITH MY PHONE OR ANY OTHER RECORDING DEVICE?
Out of respect for our speakers and other attendees, we request that you do not record the event.
Caring for the safety and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and employees has been and will be our most important priority, especially during challenging times like these. As local and global health concerns continue to develop, our team is working diligently to coordinate with state and local officials to monitor and assess Covid trends that could affect LIFE SURGE South Florida. We encourage wise social distancing at LIFE SURGE.
As we receive updates about COVID-19, we are constantly assessing the situation and making determinations about LIFE SURGE South Florida. We do not anticipate having to reschedule or cancel the event at this time - however, as we get closer to December 2, if necessary, we will proceed with the following steps.
-If we reschedule LIFE SURGE South Florida to another date at the same or another venue, all tickets and sponsorships would be transferred to the new scheduled event date and venue. If a ticket holder was unable to attend the new scheduled date, they would be refunded the amount they paid for the ticket.
-If we must cancel the event the ticket holder would be refunded the amount they paid for the ticket.
-If we must cancel the event the sponsor would be refunded the total amount of monies that have been collected to date for the contracted sponsorship level.
