As local and global health concerns continue to develop, our team is working diligently to coordinate with state and local officials to monitor and assess Covid trends that could affect LIFE SURGE South Florida. As we receive updates about COVID-19, we are constantly assessing the situation and making determinations about LIFE SURGE South Florida. We do not anticipate having to reschedule or cancel the event at this time - however, as we get closer to December 2, if necessary, we will proceed with the following steps.
-If we reschedule LIFE SURGE South Florida to another date at the same or another venue, all tickets and sponsorships would be transferred to the new scheduled event date and venue. If a ticket holder was unable to attend the new scheduled date, they would be refunded the amount they paid for the ticket.
-If we must cancel the event the ticket holder would be refunded the amount they paid for the ticket.
-If we must cancel the event the sponsor would be refunded the total amount of monies that have been collected to date for the contracted sponsorship level.
